President of Singapore Management University (SMU) is paying a visit to Xiamen University (XMU) and will present the opening ceremony of the Graduate Program in Applied Finance (MAF)
SMU’s president Mr. Hunter is going to visit XMU in the early September, as a return of President Mr. Zhu Chongshis January visit.
Dean Mr. Chen Zhenzhong of SMU is going to present the“capital forum” in the 11th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT 2007) jointly organized by Power Capital Co.,Ltd., WISE and SMU in the early September.
President Mr. Hunter and Dean Mr. Chen of SMU will pay a visit to WISE, and give important speeches on the opening ceremony of MAF.
Recently, XMU and SMU have built Close relations of cooperation. During President Zhu’s visit to SMU, the two presidents signed the comprehensive cooperation memorandum. So far, they have cooperated well in the exchange-students program, double degree training program, as well as the research cooperation through “China Capital Market Research Center”. MAF is another important cooperation program.
