首届（２００６）中国管理学年会１２月８日－１０日在北京隆重召开，来自全国各高等院校的６００多位学者参加了此次盛会。此次年会从投稿的１０００多篇论文中匿名评选出管理学９大领域的最佳论文各１篇。厦门大学王亚南经济研究院的林海和郑振龙合写的"Utility Indifference Discount of Restricted Stock Value"荣获金融领域惟一的最佳论文奖。本次年会由中国管理现代化学会（正改名为中国管理学会）主办，北京大学光华管理学院承办，上海交大管理学院、厦大管理学院和浙大管理学院协办。
