【客人简介】
萧政，美国南加州大学经济系教授，国际权威经济学期刊Journal of Econometrics主编，同时也是世界经济计量学会院士（Fellow of Econometrics Society）和台湾“中央研究院”院士。萧政教授长期从事计量经济学研究与教学，是世界面板数据研究领域的权威学者，其专著《面板数据分析》深受学术界好评。
杨志勇，中国社会科学院财贸所财政室副主任，中国社会科学院财税研究中心副主任。1999年－2005年曾任教于厦门大学财政金融系（财政系）。在《税务研究》、《经济学动态》、《金融研究》、《人民日报》等刊物上发表论文二十余篇。
