世界著名计量经济学家，美国南加州大学经济学教授，厦门大学王亚南经济研究院讲座教授，Journal of Econometrics主编萧政，将于今年12月份前来王亚南经济研究院开讲《微观计量经济学系列讲座》，共4讲，12小时。内容将含盖离散变量模型和受限制变量模型，以及它们在经济学和金融学领域的应用。微观计量经济学的理论与方法已广泛应用于经济学、金融学与管理学各个领域。
这一系列讲座除王亚南经济研究院师生外，也向有一定计量基础的经济学院师生开放。因受教室限制，为了保证教学效果，将实行听课证制度。具体报名办法，将在适当时候公布。
