Yi Huang is an assistant professor of Economics at Nanjing Audit University. She received her Ph.D. in Economics in 2020 from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Her research interest includes urban economics, environmental economics and real estate economics. Her current research focuses on the impact of natural disasters and climate change on market behaviors (e.g., housing price and insurance take-up). Her work has been published in journals including PNAS, Regional Science and Urban Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, among others.
